Dinner (hopefully i get full): Mesculin Mix, cucumber, red pepper (capsicum), carrots, sunflower seeds, with brags, nutritional yeast, and a creamy avocado dressing. Tengo Hambre!

Lunch: Russell Sandwiches
raw coconut butter, avocado, on sprouted sourdough bread, with cucumbers, tomatoes, nutritional yeast, and sunflower sprouts, with a touch of Braggs liquid amino acids.
