I've been a pretty bad blogger, I upload lots of photos, but i suppose i should be following them up with reasons on why eating more raw food is good, and what the nutrition is of different fruits and veggies. I really want to tell you all that stuff, but i might have to fill you in a bit later.
School was intense today, non stop and we had a lot of homework! It's no excuse just know that you need serotonin to be happy, and the best raw food source is from spirulina, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and there is something else too, but again ill have Edgar fill me in on it!
For now im going to be dreaming of the serotonin that is in my gut! xoxo
